Hialeah was a city incorporated in 1925. It has an extensive history and is home to one of the most established historic sites namely Hialeah Park Racetrack. Hialeah Park is an important part of the city as is Hialeah Heights, a residential cum commercial area coming up in northwest parts of the city. Hialeah is a major center for employment as well as economic growth in the Miami Dade county. It is a city with the maximum employment opportunities, from services to manufacturing and franchises. History of Hialeah

Hialeah has a massive community and it is an American industrial city which is growing rapidly. This rapid urban centre is known for employment and economic growth opportunities in Miami Dade County. The largest employer is the government and apart from its burgeoning industrial to recreational and cultural centers, this city is also known as the Grand Dame of the horse racing community. 

Hialeah is an Indian word for “High Priarie” and it was where American Indians from the everglades came to display their wares to newcomers in Miami. Visionaries who supported the growth of this county included pioneer aviation expert Glenn Curtiss and Missouri cattle expert J.H. Bright. Even at the time of the 1920s, Hialeah was a bustling and booming center. Along with the city, the opening of Hialeah Park took place in 1925. This is the most famous 220 acre park in the world known for its horse racing. Park has attracted world famous names including Kennedy family, Churchill and Harry Truman.  Famous aviator Amelia Earhart also left for her last flight from this city.  From singer Jon Secada to outfielder John Cangelois, many famous celebrities have originated from this city.
